Elizabeth Ayala serves as the Clinical Program Manager and Therapeutic Exercise Specialist for RehabOne Medical Group. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotions with an emphasis in Wellness, Fitness and a dual concentration in Rehabilitation Science from California University of Pennsylvania. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Studies, customizing a specific course of study by integrating Kinesiology and Psychology from California State University, Monterey Bay. Elizabeth is also a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a Certified Speed Specialist (NASE-CSS). Her specialties are pre/post rehabilitation for acute and chronic conditions, functional fitness programming, injury prevention and rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, first responders and law enforcement fitness training, flexibility, balance and core stability/strength, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), weight loss and running training programs (5k-marathon). Elizabeth is bilingual (Spanish/English). Elizabeth works with patients in our Salinas office.
