About Jorge
Jorge Herrera was born Panama City, Panama and raised in San Jose, CA. Jorge, as a full-time Student-Athlete, earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University, Monterey Bay where he played soccer. Jorge was able to compete at a semi-professional level in both indoor and outdoor soccer while working as a Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM-CPT) through the American College of Sports Medicine. He also has 5 years of working in gym, physical therapy, athletic training settings throughout the bay area. Jorge possesses experience as a Soccer & Health/Wellness coach in San Jose, as well as working as a community outreach specialist for underprivileged San Jose population. His specialties are pre/post rehabilitation for acute and chronic injuries, exercise programming, sports-specific conditioning, & assistive stretching. Jorge is bilingual (Spanish/English). Jorge works with patients in our San Jose and Salinas offices.
